Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location) = 7-15 working days

 

Order Processing Time

• It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
• Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
• Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Tracking

• You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours,Click Here to Track Your Order). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. 
• Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
• If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delay due to bad weather. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email dba72930@gmail.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations&Chance

Before shipping

Order Cancellation: No processing fee if you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet

Change of Address: There is no fee for address changes before shipping.

Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, the product difference will be charged.

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $5. 

Change of Address: If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and $5 will be charged as a reshipping fee. 

Replacements and exchanges:

A) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and $5 will be charged as a reshipping fee.

B) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $5.
